I
am Michele DiMuzio and my husband and I moved from New Jersey to
Boulder, Colorado in 1996. Soon after, we purchased our first
condo in Boulder from
Craig Hooper, who has provided furnished rentals for several decades in
Boulder as ‘Craig Hooper’s Executive Rentals’. We had no idea why Craig was
including furniture in the sale, but we soon learned from his Manager Ritch White
the simple formula offering furnished suites as an economical alternative to hotels for
his guests. By partnering with Alpine for your stay, you insure full services, 24/7
support, cleanliness, professionalism, and of course, our signature free bikes!
In 1997 we started offering furnished rentals in Boulder, CO. In 2006 we incorporated Alpine Corporate Accommodations as our offerings spread out of Boulder and include Manhattan, New York. Alpine Corporate Accommodations is a woman owned business. We continue to grow for one simple reason: We love the people we meet from around the world (and our 'new' home town of Boulder!). Guest who are smart enough to know about furnished accommodations are smart in lots of ways, and we are now lucky to call many of the guests we've met friends. I personally over see every Suite listed on our site when they are made ready for the next arriving guest. I have my husband Barney clean AFTER the cleaners clean, and make sure everything works great, and all items you may desire are stocked and ready to use. Then I personally do my checklist through each unit, as if I and my family is going to stay there.
Barney and I, with our team members Andy & Diane Keyser, Ritch White, the home owners we work with, and the maintence staff of Alpine Corporate Accommodatons continue working to build upon Craig Hooper’s visionary idea of providing quality, super clean furnished accommodations for guests in Colorado.
