quiet and removed from the city noise. All furnished units include air
conditioning, heat, hot water, TV , queen sized bed(s), stereo, and all the
linens, furnishings & cooking items you will need to feel at home during
your stay in Boulder. Covered Carport plus open multiple residents
only parking included in rent. Cleaning services available. THIS IS A PET
FREE/SMOKE FREE UNIT. There is a private deck if you choose to smoke.
